The Hotel Suizo is a modern hotel set in a late 19th century property overlooking the small square of Plaza del Angel, right by Jaume metro station in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. This five storey hotel features 59 guestrooms, all of which have traditional cream decor and parquet floors. All room include bathrooms, air conditioning, cable television, minibars, safes and direct-dial phones.
Guests can enjoy a drink or snack in the informal café- bar, and relax on sofas in the lounge which features exposed wood beams, art prints and parquet floors. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can help book tours or shows. Parking is available nearby. Although the hotel has no restaurant, there are many dining options in the immediate area. The city's attractions are easily accessed either on foot or by metro and within 200 metres guests will find the Picasso Museum, the gothic Cathedral, and the busy pedestrian shopping street of Portal del Angel. One kilometre away, the beaches at Barceloneta provide a welcome respite from the city heat. Barcelona Airport (BCN) is 30 minutes by car, 20 kilometres (13 miles) from the hotel.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
The airport train station is a short walk from the terminals, via a covered walkway. There are train services from the airport every 30 minutes and an Aerobus service every 12 minutes. Both go to Plaza Catalunya, 500 metres from the hotel. Taxis are available in front of the airport terminals and cost around 25 EUR to the city centre. Jaume metro station (yellow line) is right in front the hotel in Plaza del Angel.
