The H10 Catalunya Plaza is a refurbished 19th-century hotel located in the centre of Barcelona on Plaça Catalunya, one block from Las Ramblas and with the attractions of the Gothic Quarter all within a kilometre. The 46 modern guestrooms feature simple decor with light wood floors and furniture and dark-blue bedspreads. All include satellite TV, direct-dial phones, minibars, and champagne and flowers are offered on arrival. In the evening, guests can unwind in the Lounge Bar, which serves a wide range of beers, wines and cocktails. Up to 30 delegates can be accommodated in the Gaudi meeting room, which offers professional audio- visual conferencing equipment and views over Plaça Catalunya. Staff at the front desk are on hand to provide room service and safeguard valuables. The hotel is located one block from Las Ramblas, a bustling boulevard that is home to shops, restaurants and street performers, and features two large markets, the Erotica Museum and pavement art by surrealist artist Joan Miro. Barcelona El Prat Airport is 13 kilometres away and can be reached by car in approximately 25 minutes.
