Brussels Sights, Sounds and Hotels

Rue des Bouchers, Butcher’s Street, is a slender cobbled street a stone’s throw away from the Grand Place. Restaurants line the street, and nearly all of them have mounds of virtually every marine delicacy on show. There is a regular barrage of tourists passing along Butcher’s Street, and are perfect targets for the unrelenting waiters, it is however advisable to be cautious as to at which restaurant you decide to dine. Aux Armes de Bruxelles which is a somewhat prim and proper restaurant is at number 13, and creamy fish stew and various other Belgian classics constitute the menu. Chez Léon which occupies a few gabled houses at random is at number 18, and is notorious for dishing up big portions of mussels and chips.

There are many superlative Brussels restaurants where you can enjoy a tasty meal and absorb the lively Brussels atmosphere. The outstanding Brussels hotels are so warm and friendly that you will never want to leave.
