The Hotel Alfa Airport is a modern and functional hotel, which was completely renovated in 1998. The hotel is only two kilometers from the airport, and ten kilometers from the city center, in the industrial state of Zona Franca. The Hotel Alfa Airport has extensive facilties, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness room. For guests arriving by car, the hotel also has a private parking garage, free for all its guests.
The Alfa Airport Hotel features 99 spacious, sound-proof, guest rooms, all fully equipped with a mini-bar, par-per-view, Canal+ TV, safe box and air conditioning. For its guests convenience, the hotel has a bar, a coffee shop and an excellent restaurant, the Gran Mercat". Serving exquisite cuisine made from the season's freshest produce, the restaurants menu and wine list both are extensive. The Hotel Alfa Airport is convenient to fine dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
Please note that the swimming pool and sauna/fitness areas are currently being remodeled. To compensate for any inconvenience to guests, the hotel will offer transport and free entry to the nearest Sport Centre, only five minutes away. Guests must request this service at the front desk, which will provide one complimentary transfer and entry per paying guest. The Sport Centre offers a jogging track, body-building gym, Olympic-size swimming pool, sauna, cardiovascular room, and squash courts. A bathing cap is require to enter the pool, and it may be purchased at the Sports Centre.
