The modern, eight story Hotel Apsis Aranea is located Barcelona's central Eixample district, 100 meters from Gaudi's monumental Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The 84 guestrooms are characterized by simple modern décor in neutral colors, with dark wooden floors and plenty of natural light. Barcelona Airport (BCN) is 10 kilometers from the hotel. There are train services from the airport to the city center every 30 minutes. There is also an Aerobus service to Plaça de Catalunya every 12 minutes. From Placa Catalunya, take the metro to Tetuan, which is about 200 meters from the hotel. Alternatively, the hotel has a private van that can carry up to seven people and costs 75 Euros. Email the hotel in advance with flight times to arrange pick up. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs 25 Euros.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From the airport, follow signs to the city center (Centre Ciutat). Once in the city, the motorway becomes Gran Via. Drive along Gran Via to Plaça Tetuan. Once there, turn left and take Passeig de Sant Joan. Turn right after two blocks onto Consell de Cent. Drive to Consell de Cent number 444 (at the second corner on the right hand side).
